Each week we'll be going live in our private Facebook Group which you can watch live or catch the recordings (in facebook). These sessions will be jam packed full of some of our best health reset tips and strategies.
In the Facebook group, that's where you'll be able to ask questions of us and the community. We recommend that if you see a question from someone and you know the answer, feel free to respond. We value multiple perspectives in this collaborative community.
Our goal is for you to walk 10 miles in 21 days! Don't get overwhelmed, if you break it up into bite sized chunks, you'll be amazed at what you can accomplish!
