My definition of adventure...

Something exciting you love doing, that's outside your normal routine.

Below are some helpful tips that can help you get more out of life!

Just plan for it! Take some time to plan out a trip. Carve out some time by planning ahead and you’ll create more memories and do more things that will last you for a lifetime.

Ask yourself, “Why not?” and, “how can I?” - Whenever a trip idea comes up, don’t immediately shut it down out of habit. If you like adventure, ask yourself how can I, and figure it out. I know you can be resourceful and creative if you put your mind to it.

Do something everyday that gets you out of your comfort zone. This will help you explore a different side of you that encourages growth. Your life will begin to be more fulfilling and you’ll see adventures don’t always have to be a long trip somewhere, but you can have an exciting day right where you’re at.

Encourage the spontaneous side. Randomness. Doing things you wouldn’t normally do. Meeting people you would otherwise ignore. Etc...

Create a "To try list" - I’m a fan of lists; to-do list can keep your tasks organized. Why not keep a “to try list” to store fun activities for the future? You can use it to keep track of any interests at pop up but you currently don’t have time to explore at the moment. They don’t have to cost a lot of money, and even if they do, planning it out will help you save up for it.

Say yes more often, even if you don’t know how it’s all going to work out.
